There are a total of 6 secrets to find in the Sentinel Barracks level of the game. Some are more well hidden than others, and we know where to find all of them.
Collectible #1
Hell Knight Toy
After clearing the barracks, head up the outside stair by heading through the left doorway, then head down the stairs on the other side. The doorway back in on this side will have a Hell Knight Toy a few meters past it.
Gold Chest
Look for the Shield Leap point up on the second floor balcony, and hop up to find the Gold Chest on the other end of the balcony.
Ruby
After hopping across the gap to the collapsed bridge, turn around and jump back on to the island beneath the ledge you were just standing on. Clear the enemies and continue along the path until you see the Ruby next to the structure overlooking the cliff.
Gold Chest
When leaping down onto the pathway surrounding the tower, do not continue down to the next area. Go around the back of the tower to find the entrance, where the Gold Chest waits inside.

Weapon Skin
After descending the series of ledges, look to your right to see two tall buildings. Head to the far left side of the left building and follow the stairs (with the gold bars) to find a secret area with a weapon skin by the railing in between the buildings.

Sentinel Barracks Codex
At the end of the level, stop in front of the Sentinel Shrine and turn left. Head up the hill to the cliff’s edge, where the Sentinel Barracks Codex will be found.
