PS5 Gets Free Demo for Cozy New Game, PS Plus Not Needed
Following a brief wait, PS5 players have been treated to a free PS Store demo for an intriguing upcoming 2025 game. Coffee Talk Tokyo — which is the third game in the beloved series — has yet to receive a release date but PS5 players can head over to the PS Store and get a taste of the coffee right now.

The demo has been available on Steam and finally landed on the PS5 within the last week. For some reason, Coffee Talk Tokyo is skipping a PS4 release despite not being a graphically intensive game. But the good news is that the demo isn’t locked behind PS Plus Premium so anyone can play it.
“Coffee Talk Tokyo is the newest instalment of the beloved coffee brewing and heart-to-heart talking simulator,” reads a PS Store description. “It brings the warmth, heart, and delicious drinks from the previous games to an all-new cafe in Tokyo where humans and yokai alike share their stories.”
The demo will allow players to get through the first day.
