For upcoming dagger weapons, Wonder can pick between Ex Machina, Ancient Dagger, and Magnetic Disruptor. Ex Machina is effective with mono-Electric teams or a team composition made of Closer or Akihiko Sanada as your main DPS, and Bui as your Support DPS. Bui now has greater Support teammates, such as Turbo and Wind Vast, in Version 4.2.1. This is because the most recent Support characters can now cast various buff effects in combat, such as Attack Percentage, Pierce (Penetration), Attack Multiplier (Damage Bonus), and Crit Multiplier (Crit Damage). In the case of Howler, this Saboteur unit contributes to Bui’s Follow-up damage while inflicting Defense Down and Burn effects on enemies.

Bui can be paired with any healer or shielder unit in P5X. Aside from being sustain units, Soy, Marian, Cherish, and Yukari can also give her and Apseudes damage boosts and debuff support. Bui and Apseudes can work with any Elucidator characters in both early and later versions of P5X. Okyann, Puppet, Phoebe, and Ange are the Navigators who best compliment her in terms of Attack buffs. If they are not available, she can still work with Wind and Oracle, who provide a balanced combination of buffs and debuffs in battle.

Puppet’s third Support skill, Tide of Dreams, grants Attack Buffs to Bui and her teammates via Seashell Stacks.

Adding Bui and Apseudes to your teams will broaden your offensive options in Persona 5: The Phantom X. As an Assassin unit, she gives her team access to Electric damage in addition to Closer and another way to inflict Shock effects on enemies. She also grants Wonder access to Follow-up attacks, which is a unique combat playstyle in the game.
