Art of Vengeance Trailer Showcases Oboro Village
Shinobi will be the first of many dormant Sega franchises to get long overdue revivals, with Shinobi: Art of Vengeance due out this August, and Sega and developer Lizardcube of Streets of Rage 4 fame are continuing to offer new glimpses of the game ahead of its approaching launch.
The company has now released a new stage introduction video that offers a glimpse of the Oboro Village stage and its many varied (and gorgeous) environments. In addition to showing more of the game’s combat and traversal, the trailer also continues to show off its gorgeous hand drawn art, which is looking quite impressive in motion. Shinobi: Art of Vengeance is due out on August 29 for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC. Those who purchase the Digital Deluxe Edition will be able to access the game three days ahead of time, starting on August 26.
