Asus launches new TUF Gaming Series Five QHD and WQHD gaming monitors

Asus has just revealed its brand-new TUF Gaming Series Five displays. These are the 27-inch VG27AQML5A QHD monitor and the VG34WQML5A UWQHD monitor, both of which offer high refresh rates, low response times, and a suite of gaming features for users to explore.
Starting with the TUF Gaming VG27AQML5A, this 27-inch QHD IPS monitor boasts a 300Hz refresh rate and a 0.3ms response. If you value the immersion offered by curved monitors, you’ll likely choose the VG34WQML5A, a UWQHD VA panel that delivers a 250Hz (OC) refresh rate and a 0.5ms response time. Both models benefit from the full suite of Series Five enhancements, ensuring an exceptional visual and interactive experience.
These enhancements include Adaptive Sync technologies like Nvidia G-Sync (VG27AQML5A only) and AMD FreeSync Premium, Extreme Low Motion Blur (ELMB) Sync, and Gaming AI features, such as a dynamic crosshair (adjusts its colour to contrast with the background), Dynamic Shadow Boost, and the DisplayWidget Centre software. Both monitors also cover 95% of the DCI-P3 colour gamut and are VESA DisplayHDR 400 certified.
These two monitors come with HAS stands with tilt, swivel, and pivot capabilities. Each model also has a VESA 100×100 mounting point and a pair of 2W speakers. As for connectivity options, the VG27AQML5A has a DisplayPort 1.4, 2x HDMI 2.1, an audio jack, and a USB-C 3.2 Gen1 port. On the other hand, the VG34WQML5A has 2x DisplayPort 1.4, 2x HDMI 2.1, an audio jack, and a USB hub with 3x USB-A 3.2 Gen1 ports.
