Baby Steps delayed a few weeks to September 23rd

Have you been waiting to trip over yourself in a video game? Baby Steps looks great (and we thought so in the below bookmarked preview), but Hollow Knight: Silksong will devour all next week. With that in mind Devolver Digital has delayed Baby Steps a few weeks. Check out the details below.
Baby Steps preview — Put one foot in front of the other
A side-splitting, irreverent walking simulator

Nate, the wary, onesie-donned failson at the heart of the eccentric adventure in literal walking simulator Baby Steps, has stumbled after attempting to ascend his greatest challenge yet: launching the week after Hollow Knight: Silksong‘s surprise release date.
Footage of Nate’s fall is viewable below, which confirms the adventure’s new launch date; Baby Steps will now release on Sept. 23 for PC and PlayStation 5. Baby Steps is published by Devolver Digital and created by developers Bennett Foddy, Gabe Cuzzillo and Maxi Boch.
Baby Steps tells the story of Nate, an unemployed resident of his parents’ basement with nothing going for him, until one day he discovers a power he never knew he had… putting one foot in front of the other.
Explore a world shrouded in mystery one step at a time as Nate makes human connections more extraordinary than he could ever have imagined. Hike the serene mountains by placing each footstep yourself, in original physics-based gameplay from the minds behind APE OUT and Getting Over It. Take in the sights, fall in love with the local fauna and try to find meaning in a wasted life.
