Dead By Daylight fans have a lot of good chapters to anticipate for the remainder of 2025. Teasers from BeHaviour suggest the two licensed survivors coming in July are from The Walking Dead, meanwhile, new in-game teasers suggest the original Asian folklore killer arriving in September is a spider lady, reminiscent of Laura from The Evil Within. After September, the next chapter to arrive is November, and it will be licensed. While nothing is official, leaks claim it will be another DBD x Resident Evil episode with a new killer that’s great but not who fans have craved.

Leaks claim Dead By Daylight November chapter is Resident Evil

Shared on the GamingLeaksAndRumors subreddit, RuthlessLeaks has reportedly claimed that the November chapter for Dead By Daylight is Resident Evil. It will supposedly include Ethan Winters and his daughter, Rose, as survivors, with Jack Baker from Resident Evil 7 as the killer.

Per the Year 10 roadmap, the November chapter is licensed, and it will feature two survivors with one killer. This would lineup with the previous two Resident Evil chapters that starred Leon and Jill against Nemesis, and then Ada and Rebecca against Wesker.

Assuming we are getting a third Resident Evil chapter in November, Jack Baker is a good choice for the killer, but there will be fans disappointed that it’s not Lady Dimitrescu instead. Lady D instantly became a fan-favorite Resident Evil villain, and a lot of DBD fans have clamoured for her to join the fog.

Ethan as a survivor would also be interesting because of RE7 and RE8 being first-person and purposefully always hiding Ethan’s face, even after adding third-person mode. Still, what Ethan looks like is no longer a secret, so perhaps the ambiguity around his face is no longer important.

Remember that this is by no means official. Although Ruthless has been right about some leaks in the past such as The Houndmaster and Springtrap having an axe, they were inaccurate about the anime collaboration being Perfect Blue instead of Junji Ito, and they also claimed a Jurassic Park/World chapter before walking it back.
