Fantastic Post-Apocalyptic PS5, PS4 Game Is $1.99 on PS Store
A 2023 Western-inspired PS5, PS4 post-apocalyptic gem, which earned praise from critics, is heavily discounted in a new PS Store deal. PS Plus members can pick up Laika: Aged Through Blood for just $1.99 and non-subscribers can grab it for $3.99, which is a discount of 80%.

Developed by Brainwash Gang, Laika: Aged Through Blood is a 2D side-scrolling metroidvania — or “motorvania,” as the dev describes it — that takes players on a motorbike journey in a quest for revenge.
The protagonist Laika is a coyote whose land was conquered by “tyrannical Birds,” resulting in her kind dying. “Fueled by vengeance, Laika rides out on her motorbike on a perilous and emotional journey,” reads a PS Store description. “Carve and shred through rugged, hand-painted landscapes as you uncover the dark secrets of a fractured world ravaged by power, betrayal, and loss.”
Laika: Aged Through Blood features vehicular combat, and offers a variety of weapons, abilities, gear upgrades, and more. The game earned positive reviews, and currently holds a Metacritic score of 82/100 and 83/100 for its Switch and PC versions, respectively.
PS5 and PS4 versions were not widely reviewed by critics to earn a Metascore, but Laika: Aged Through Blood is not a graphically intensive game that would require a separate performance evaluation.
As an added bonus, PS Plus Premium users can stream the game.
