Fortnite finally implements long-requested change from players

The latest Fortnite update has brought lots of new content to the game. Superman’s Fortress of Solitude is now available on the island, and new cosmetics have come out. Blitz Royale, the newest game mode, has also been affected by the update, as it’s now in its Boon Bonanza week.

Blitz Royale has been the game’s most popular mode since its release in June. It has millions of unique players every day, which is no surprise considering how fun it is. After all, getting a Victory Royale in only five minutes is a dream come true for Fortnite players! Now, Epic Games has even more exciting news for the fans of this mode.

Blitz Royale is now a permanent mode in Fortnite

When Epic released the fast-paced game mode, it was intended to only be available for a limited time. Initially, the mode was supposed to be vaulted on July 15, with the second major update of Chapter 6 – Season 3. However, thanks to a high player count and the feedback from the community, the mode was first extended until mid-August. After that, Epic turned it into a permanent mode.

To sum it up, Blitz Royale has become a permanent mode in Fortnite, which means that it has no vaulting date. This information was confirmed by Tim Sweeney, Epic Games founder and CEO.
