Gears of War Reloaded gets a second multiplayer playtest this weekend

Gears of War: Reloaded is launching very soon. To ensure the game’s multiplayer servers and crossplay functionality are all working correctly, a playtest did take place last weekend, but many encountered issues. As a result, a second playtest weekend is now coming up.
The Coalition and Microsoft have confirmed that a new multiplayer beta test for Gears of War: Reloaded will now take place on the 20th of June until the 23rd of June. Servers will open up at 8PM tomorrow night in the UK. Adjust for your local time zone, as the servers will be opening up in all regions at the same time.
The Gears of War beta contains five maps and three game modes – Team Deathmatch, King of the Hill and Execution. The final version of the game will include a bit more multiplayer content, but the multiplayer in Gears of War 1 wasn’t a huge feature to begin with.
Gears of War Reloaded is a newly packaged version of the Gears of War Ultimate Edition remaster from 2015. The new version brings the game to Xbox Series X/S, PC (via Steam and Game Pass) and for the very first time, PlayStation consoles.
