Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 gets NVIDIA DLSS 4 improvements and a Steam Deck / SteamOS fix

Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 from Insomniac Games, Nixxes Software and PlayStation Publishing LLC has Patch 10 out now with some NVIDIA upgrades along with a fix for some Steam Deck players.

On the Steam Deck, if you initially tried loading it while offline, it would result in a persistent PlayStation Network account linking error and wouldn’t let you play. Patch 10 has solved this, thankfully. You still need an internet connection to play it for the first time but at least now it won’t prevent you playing in future.

The rest of the changes:

  • Fixed an issue where in particular Steam Deck players who performed the initial boot while offline encountered a persistent PSN account link error message, preventing them from starting the game.
