PlayStation, Hideo Kojima’s Next-Gen Physint Game ‘Five or Six’ Years Away

It should launch between Death Stranding 2 and Physint, and given Microsoft’s move to multi-platform releases, there is now a reasonable chance it’ll also come to PS5. Death Stranding 2 releases for PS5 on 26th June 2025.

As for Physint, it was announced as a “next-generation action espionage game”, drawing strong comparisons to Metal Gear Solid. The project will go into production once Death Stranding 2 is out, and it’s being billed as something that will “transcend the barriers” between video games and movies.
