Sony has just added Cyberpunk 2077 to Extra as we await CD Projekt RED’s delayed release of update 2.3, and in August we are set to get a day-one-release that Shuhei Yoshida hailed as his “favorite” from Summer Game Fest. PS Plus exclusive deal offers Silent Hill 2 Remake for 50% off
If you are a PS Plus subscriber, you can currently buy the Silent Hill 2 Remake for 50% off. This means it only costs £29.99/$34.99 instead of £59.99/$69.99. This deal only applies to the Standard edition, and you need to hurry as it is set to expire on July 15th at 11:59PM BST.
The Silent Hill 2 Remake is fantastic. Bloober Team’s retelling was wonderfully faithful to the original PS2 epic, while also offering improvements necessary for the modern era gaming such as an over-the-shoulder third perspective rather than the traditional fixed camera angles.
Bloober Team’s adaptation of James’ mental torture was incredible, and we’re thrilled that the same developer is also working on a remake for Silent Hill 1. As if all of this wasn’t enough Silent Hill goodness, we’re also soon set to be treated to Silent Hill F, which is an original new experience set in Japan.
