PS5 Pro Performance Disappoints in Highly-Anticipated New RPG
PS5 Pro owners have been left disappointed as an action RPG that they were looking forward is unoptimized on the console. Players were ecstatic upon learning that Wuchang: Fallen Feathers will launch with PS5 Pro enhancements, but that excitement quickly went away when the game released.

Performance reviews from tech experts have yet to drop, but a significant number of PS5 Pro owners are reporting that Wuchang: Fallen Feathers suffers from stuttering, inconsistent performance, and fuzzy image quality in some parts.
The Quality Mode is supposed to offer 60 FPS, but reportedly dips below quite often. Frame rate is better on Performance Mode, but then the image quality takes a hit. The Balanced mode is somewhat better, but again, with performance inconsistencies.
Wuchang: Fallen Feathers’ performance issues don’t seem to be limited to PS5 Pro either. The game’s PC version is being panned on Steam for its performance. Reviewers and players agree that Wuchang is a promising new IP, but given its current state, it’s probably best to wait for a few performance improvement patches.
So far, neither developer Leenzee Games nor publisher 505 Games has commented on the technical issues. Here’s hoping an update will drop soon.
