Shuttle Presents Intel and Qualcomm-Powered AI Mini PCs at Computex 2025

At Computex 2025, Shuttle introduced a new range of compact PCs designed to meet the needs of professional, industrial, and edge-AI users. The company presented five distinct models. The star of the show is the XPC Slim DB860. Housed in a sleek, slimline chassis, it accepts Intel Core Ultra 200S series processors (Arrow Lake) with up to 65 watts of thermal design power. Users can install up to 96 gigabytes of DDR5-5600 memory across two slots. Storage options include one 2.5-inch drive bay and one M.2 NVMe or SATA slot. Video outputs consist of two HDMI 2.1 ports capable of 7680 × 4320 at 60 Hz, two DisplayPort outputs supporting 4096 × 2160 at 120 Hz, and a USB4 port for a fourth display. A total of eight USB 3.2 ports and dual Intel Ethernet ports (1 Gb and 2.5 Gb) round out the I/O panel, making the DB860 suitable for creative workstations or small servers.

For environments where silence is essential, the fanless DL40N and DL30N models promise reliable operation without moving parts. Both support Intel’s low-power N-series processors, ranging from the i3-N350 to the N100, and up to 16 GB of DDR5-4800 memory. They offer one 2.5-inch drive bay, one M.2 slot, and three display outputs (HDMI, DisplayPort, and VGA). Industrial users will appreciate eight USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports, two serial interfaces with flexible voltage support, and dual 2.5 Gb Ethernet ports.Shuttle’s Nano AI Mini PC G1 brings edge-AI capabilities to a tiny package. Powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon X Plus or Elite CPUs and an Adreno VPU, it includes up to 64 GB of LPDDR5 memory and a 512 GB PCIe 4.0 SSD. Its port selection features USB4 type-C, multiple USB 3.1 Gen 2 type-A ports, and 2.5 Gb Ethernet.Finally, the Nano NE20N/NE10N series offers Intel Twin Lake N150 or Alder Lake N100/i3-N305 processors, DDR4-3200 memory support, and dual-display HDMI/DP outputs, while the IOT Edge PC FTL1 supports both Twin Lake N150 and Arnston Lake x7211RE platforms with USB-C DisplayPort and optional second LAN.
