Street Fighter’s Ken Brings Some Spice to Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves on PS5, PS4

Here’s your first look at Street Fighter all-star Ken Masters in Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves.
The character, due out this summer and included with the title’s Special Edition, is shown facing off with SNK stalwart Terry Bogard in a sparring match.
We get a glimpse of his fiery arsenal, which includes the usual array of flaming shoryukens and hurricane kicks. There’s a distinct SNK spin on some of the combos here, so it’s not a direct translation of what you’ll find in Street Fighter 6, which is good.
In terms of outfits, Ken has two threads: his oversized coat from Capcom’s most recent game and his striking red gi from Street Fighter 2.
The trailer also confirms that, in addition to his traditional arcade ladder, Ken will also be playable in the release’s RPG-style Episodes of South Town mode, so you’ll be able to absorb a little more story there.
Here’s the official blurb from SNK’s trailer:
“A veteran Metro City street fighter who sets his sights on South Town, seeking closure for an incident to which he was wrongfully tied. Burning with determination and a fiery arsenal of unmatched offense, this former US National Fighting Champion eventually crosses paths with the Legendary Wolf himself – and with that, the wheels of fate are set in motion.”
