Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4’s PS5, PS4 Trophies Look Like Less of a Grind Than 1 + 2

The Trophy list for Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4 has popped up online, and upon inspection, it looks like it won’t be quite as tough as the previous game’s list.
Don’t get us wrong, the game’s Platinum gong will still be pretty hard to obtain, but some of the more grindy Trophies in THPS 1 + 2 aren’t present, so it shouldn’t cause quite so many headaches.
The list tasks you with successfully landing some big, chunky combos and total scores, as well as 100% completing the two careers.
On top of that, you’ll need to complete the Solo Tour mode with all skaters, as well as hundreds of challenges in various categories. These Trophies will likely take the bulk of your time.
However, 1 + 2’s biggest time sink is mercifully missing; you won’t have to reach level 100 in 3 + 4, and the previous game’s difficult Get-There challenges also don’t appear to be a requirement.
There are no Trophies for online multiplayer or Create-A-Park, either.
Overall, then, you’re probably still looking at a reasonably tough Platinum, but one that feels much friendlier and less of a grind.
THPS 3 + 4 is out next week on PS5 and PS4. Will you be gunning for the Plat? Tell us in the comments section below.
