Try the big demo update for Dicey Bugs, a turn-based deckbuilder where you control both sides

Dicey Bugs is a roguelike, turn-based deckbuilder where you control both sides of the battles. A new demo is live now woth support for Linux and Windows. In the 2.0 demo update the developer has added in the ability to save, new content and various fixes but it only scratches the surface of what will be in the full release due out later this year.
I like the mixture of features this one has that blends genres together. It’s a deck-builder, but your deck is built up from creatures that you can collect from the battles.
Check out their initial trailer:
More about it, some highlights:
- Take command of turn-based battles by strategically deciding when to play both your dice and your enemy’s, shaping the outcome of each turn.
- Capture weakened foes during battle to recruit them into your current party or save them for future runs.
- Build your party from recruited units and modify your starting dice for countless strategic possibilities.
- Optimize your party’s effectiveness by chaining abilities and using complementary equipment.
- Upgrade your units and customize your dice by unlocking rewards and spending coins at the shop.
