Xbox is returning to GamesCom in 2025

In a move that surprises no one, Xbox will be coming back to GamesCom. That’s not a bad thing at all, as it’s amazing to see one of the biggest companies in gaming making their way to one of the biggest events. Bethesda and Blizzard will also be in tow; you’d think maybe that spells some great showings for The Outer Worlds 2 and World of Warcraft: The War Within. Might we also get a few more surprises? We’ll have to wait and see.

Today, we shared the news that the Xbox team will be back at gamescom this year! We’ll have more news to share soon, so stay tuned to Xbox Wire for more details about what else you can expect from us at gamescom 2025, taking place from August 20-24 in Cologne, Germany.
