When used with a Z-Wave hub (sold separately), you can control your water valve from any mobile device, wherever you are. Connect water leak sensors (sold separately) to the hub to detect a leak anywhere in the home and automate the Titan to shut off the main water valve any time a leak is detected. The included wired offline leak detection probe identifies the presence of water around the valve and provides local monitoring without any connection to the hub.

When can I use it?

Install the Titan actuator over your existing quarter turn ball valve without any tools. It’s a simple retrofit solution that mounts on your valve in less than 5 minutes. Just make sure you have enough space on your pipes to safely install it. PVC pipes are OK too!

Do I need a hub?

Protect your home from water damage with the Titan Valve Actuator, even without a hub. Simply use the included wired probe to identify the presence of water and your valve will automatically whenever a leak is detected.

It will work offline with the probe connected directly to the Titan but the device works best when included to a compatible Z-Wave hub (sold separately) for full wireless functionality.

DIY INSTALLATION: You don’t need any tools and it takes just a few minutes to mount and calibrate the device. You can use it outdoors too! Follow the steps in the manual and installation video carefully when installing the product. Check your set-up before buying: suitable for 0.5″ – 1.25″ ball valves only; 3″ clearance from the valve center to each side on the pipe, at least 1.25″ clearance between the valve handle and the pipe, at least 1″ clearance between the pipe and the wall.
