This cloak is available for a limited time on the Unfading Heart banner. To obtain it you’ll need to draw 140 times to unlock it in the Deep Echoes. Once you have it, you’ll be able to match Momo with the Crimson Feather set also available on the banner.

The crafting recipe can be obtained from trading Dew of Inspiration with the Cadanceborn. After that you’ll need Bedrock Crystal:Tumble, Chimecada and Bunny Fluff essence as well as a lot of woolfruit. Momo should start to help fund his own clothes with all these crafting ingredients.
